Our History
We actually started as a small maple syrup operation. We still do Maple Syrup but have expanded to produce a great tasting Gourmet Jerky without the additives the big companies use. Many of our products contain no MSG, No Added Nitrates and Gluten Free. The result is our Gourmet Jerky. We hope you like the flavors we've chosen to share. We are starting small, one step at a time.

All of our Beef Jerky is made from USA Beef Brisket. It is inspected a total of 6 times before packaging to ensure you're getting the best possible jerky. It's made in our state of the art facility. Our jerky now comes in larger resealable bags for those of you who don't eat it all in one setting!
